Entry Description

The project is created under the need of updating the plant. New spaces for laboratories, workshops were integrated into the set. The ground floor works for production, storage and has direct access to the original floor through the lobby and side connections. The offices located in the second level are developed under an open office scheme with areas of collaboration and services, located parallel to the complete development of the work islands. On the third level a roof garden is located, giving a playful use to the industrial roof that is usually wasted.
