Applewood Place

With generous space and an abundance of natural light, this two-story penthouse was due for an updated renovation. As such, the double height living area is presented as a lounge and overlooking the main living salon is the upper level casual lounge. The dining room, a luxury in most condominiums, was re-imagined as a modern dining experience with touches of traditional elements. Considerable base building work took place to transform the space, catwalks were added and refined, mouldings were carefully proportioned and millwork was designed and installed for an overall timeless look.
