The Exchange Tower Project involved the conservation and rehabilitation of the Old Stock Exchange Building, conjoined with a new 31-storey tower. The new 320,000 SF tower works with the prominent original building to provide a composition that looks to Vancouver's future without obscuring its past. The strong vertical nature of the Old Stock Exchange's facade is echoed in the elegant pinstripe of the tower's external mullions. This synergy between the old and new facades provides a clear connection with the site's heritage. The project is on-track to achieve LEED Platinum.
