Sun City Kobe

Sun City Kobe is a 33-story luxury residential tower that provides accommodations and amenities for Japan's aging population. As the tower is situated between waterfront and mountains, we created a light, natural feel at ground level to reflect the seaside location and history, emphasizing interior garden views. Ascending the tower, materials and colors become darker and more formal, with emphasis on panoramic views of the city, mountains and water. The “lantern” at the top of the tower contains dining and lounge spaces, acting as a lighthouse or iconic beacon symbolizing Sun City Kobe.
