Freelance Client: Embassy Suites by Hilton in Portland, Oregon.

The logo design was created for the hotel lobby and hotel bar and restaurant. The focus was to incorporate the culture and landscape of Portland into the design.

Portland is known for its many bike and hiking trails, microbreweries, and gluten-free dining. The organic, adventurous lifestyle can be seen in the logo, branding, and color selections.

After presenting several different concepts, the client decided on two logos - one for the hotel lobby, known as the Cascadia Market and the other for the bar and restaurant. The market provides hotel guests with a quick grab n' go meal option to get them back out enjoying the hip and creative culture of Portland.

After completing the logo, additional branding materials was created including, menus, packaging labels, t-shirts, and signage.

Today, thousands of hotel guests enjoy the food and spirits of the market and restaurant, known as Cascadia.
