A multigenerational home shaped by evolving family needs. Reflecting our client’s values and heritage, a central core anchors two wings: one private, one communal. Zones like the bar, cinema, and wellness area, produce a programmatic layering. A series of frames between the inside and outside are made through the material-colour palette, continuous curved forms, and window portals. Blurred boundaries nurture connection and retreat simultaneously, while solar design, cross-ventilation and rainwater harvesting minimise environmental impact.
