Entry Description

Millennials have found themselves amidst a housing crisis as urban cities become more expensive while shrinking in floor space. The Design explores the problem of housing scarcity through infilled alleys and laneways. The project examines the current discourse of housing affordability and proposes a design advocating for versatility, equity, and technology. A Millennial Housing Typology challenges issues of gentrification through a unique perspective on urban design and spatial usage.
