The project is located in the core area of Tongzhou, Beijing which is 2 km from the Beijing Sub-center, will become a sub-center of a cultural and intelligent community full of artistic colors, cultural atmospheres, innovative life aesthetics and quality of life. The site is a sinking space with a depth of less than 15 meters. The distance between the two sides is only more than 20 meters. Within a limited space, the design team creates a dialogue between the blocks through the derivation and stereoscopic processing of the space.
