This picture album is based on the photography exhibition of the same name. “Figures” here represents the portrait of a person is not the personal identity but is given a symbolic metaphor which transcends personal characteristics. The pictures collected in this album are profoundly connected to Hong Kong, including every familiar element like ideology. Therefore, collage is applied to combine some well-known images on the cover design. As to the layout design, the overall arrangement follows the ethereal, minimalist style that the photography conveys without unnecessary visual elements.
