Breaks conventional impression of teppanyaki by infusing it with the style of fine dining and redefining it as French-style teppanyaki. The aim is to rejuvenate brand by appealing to its existing high-end customers while making it attractive to young generations. To achieve this goal, designers drew inspiration from elements of French cuisine: the creamy color representing sauces, stainless steel symbolizing professionalism of chefs, and material of reddish-orange rammed earth associating with natural ingredients. During the transformation of the brand, these endeavors aim to find a balance.
