The brief was to challenge expectations & re-attract “Millennials” disenchanted with the brand & to create a Global Flagship model.
Project Ray is designed to be a quiet place of respite from the noise of today’s urban life. When everyone is shouting louder, now it’s time to be quiet. Ray uses materials that won’t date; a palette of stylish simplicity - concrete, glass, stainless steel & oak with pops of the brand’s yellow. The intention is to hero the food & the people who come to enjoy it, and to create a “recognisable neutrality” that allows this to happen.
