Entry Description

A design process of 2 years for over 1200 pages, this 3-volume publication contains the history of Mona, Museum of Old and New Art in Tasmania, Australia, the autobiography of its owner David Walsh as well as an exclusive art catalogue of Balint Zsako's original artworks that were individually bound into the first volume. It's a overarching compilation of the museum's architecture park und future visionary plans. Ten years of art exhibitions and music and art festivals are featured in sections using special high pigmented ink. The gold embossed covers show a comissioned artwork by Wim Delvoye.

Bio

Nadine Kessler is a designer and design consultant based in Berlin, Germany. After her studies of visual communication in Switzerland and RISD, Rhode Island School of Design (USA), she worked as a lecturer in advanced typography, facilitated climate change resilience workshops and is working worldwide as designer with a focus on clients in the cultural sector, museums, artists, sailing and design companies.
