The design concept focuses on eco-friendly and sustainable green building, improved based on the characteristics of subtropical climate. In order to take care of daylighting, ventilation and temperature adjustment, the eaves are extended to prevent excessive sunshine, windows are installed where there is insufficient sunlight, the height of ceiling is raised, and the greenery is planted outdoor. Considering the needs of the elderly, the layout is reorganized after topology research. Equipments in the middle of the house strengthen their independence and connection with the space.
