We explored the latent potential for innovation in multiple dwelling housing. We found a way to deliver maximum yield for our developer client, whilst providing the greatest amenity to future occupants, and looked great doing it. The key feature of this multi-residential building is the central open breezeway that doubles as a communal space, providing residents with a place to meet and a sense of ceremony in the daily ritual of leaving and entering their homes.
